Halley Dawn

The artist was born in Ohio and currently lives and works in Atlanta, Georgia. She attended the Atlanta College of Art, and earned her BFA in painting. Her work is inspired by beautiful people and also by the city she lives in. While the majority of her work is done in oil, she considers herself an artist of all mediums.
